Our practice is growing, and we’re looking for that special team leader who is flexible and maintains a positive attitude as we continue to grow and evolve. In our practice a great “team leader” is a role model and leader to your fellow team members. Optical skills and a strong desire for excellence is required and day to day functions include:

• Be an inspirational leader to all team members
• Coordinate team member schedules
• Provide a broad range of optical services, although having an optical license is not required
• Oversee and coordinate daily patient flow and scheduling
• Work directly with the doctor coordinating, assessing and evaluating all team members
• Working with all team members in developing and creating individual performance goals
• Provide all levels of Patient Services including being our “Patient Services Team Leader” – we strive for “Patient Excellence”!
• Review and approve monthly statements from vendors
• Interact with vendors and reps
• Maintain a culture of excellence for the patients, the team and the doctor(s).
