    Confused Disposal of HTF

We have an OOOOLD tint unit which needs to be disposed of. Does anyone know how I can dispose of the HTF in it? I'm assuming there are rules about it, as there are in most areas for other oils and such. I tried calling our local disposal service and they had no idea. It probably varies from state-to-state, but what are some of the ways others have disposed of it in the past?

Chances are your heat transfer oil is mineral oil. Bring it to your auto lube place or garage for disposal.
