    Frame Search Help

    Hello Everyone,

I have a patient who is very interested in a perfectly round frame. Normally I'd have several options to show him, except for he needs a 60 eye size with a wider bridge. I've looked everywhere I can think of within my frame lines - including sunglasses - but have come up with nothing. I would appreciate any suggestions you have. Thanks!!! Oh, and happy new year!!!

That is an extremely large eye size for perfectly round. I've had luck with drill-mount frames, and a custom oval shape, slightly wider than it is deep. Our owner/boss/signer of paychecks thought he wanted pretty much the same thing you are describing, so I made a set with a large perfectly round demo, and another that was an oval with same A measurement. He chose the oval hands down.

I used a randy jackson 1034 for a big headed patient once, still had to adjust the crap out of the temples though, and they were only like a 49 eye i think haha ... but that was the biggest i was able to find and that is ALL he wanted *wouldn't even consider a rimless* they are a really deep lens though .. good luck to ya ;)

Why does he "need" a 60 eye??? That's absurdly large, especially for the lens shape you're talking about.

Looks like they discontinued the stamped 58 eye demi blonde I still have. Measures 56 but is perfectly round. Mine is brighter than pictured. PM me if interested.

He's a friend of the doctor and has his heart set on a perfectly round frame. I understand that seems absurdly large, but he has a pretty large head and a standard size frame would be way too small.

The first thing that came to mind was rimless the second was Tom Davies, all of these of coarse are dependent on the frame accounts you hold. You may also want to contact the labs you utilized, some of them may be frame distributors.
