Is there an Eyeframe expo like Vision expo east / west in Canada ? Or do Canadians come to the United States for the expo ? Thanks

No there is not. Other than some smaller association and buying group based events, there is nothing remotely even close to an expo. The ones willing to travel attend either the NYC East or Vegas West show.
