    Optical Software recommendations?

    Hi,

What software anyone could suggest for a new small optical retail?
Preferably on the not expensive side.

    Thanks

    Cheapest professional looking solution...

Make an excel sheet, save the sheet in a folder and name them 'last, first 800-555-1212'

When patient comes in the following year, add a new tab on the bottom for a new order.

You can search the folder for by first name, last name and phone number. If you forget all of those you can even search the contents if the folder eg. Frame name.

If you want to try that routed, pm me and I'll email you a sheet to try.

Good luck in your new venture.

Try vision plus software from MSF computing. The basic software is not expensive, you can download a demo version for free.
We use this software at our store, it's the best investment I made.

I'd recommend against EZFrame, if you were considering it. It's buggy, limited, and moderately expensive. Pretty good support though, which helps.
