Shamir autograph iii

Hi all, I have learned (at Vision Expo West) Shamir have offered Autograph III, Shamir Computer and Shamir WorkSpace. We are in Southern California and my local labs have not offered these lenses yet. Anyone have ordered and use them then please recommend us a lab who can do great jobs, great turnaround, and good prices. Please help. Thank you very much.

They are not available until the middle of November...

Our Lab, Summit Optical, has them available (for a couple of weeks) and is surfacing Now but we have yet to order one.

i used Luzerne and they are pretty good.

Ask your local Shamir rep and they should be able to suggest a lab that is currently producing...

I have recently switched my practice manager (an Optician) to an Autograph III and she loves the lenses. Since then I have switched over one of our M.D. and a few patients. I have been using US Optical (located in NY) as our resource for Shamir lenses. US Optical has been quick, accurate and professional.

I got mine thru Bartley....not saying I would recommend them or anything, just sayin'...

I've been able to get them through a number of labs for quite a while. Digital Eye, US Optical, Hoya, FEA, Optogenics, andLuzerne -- just to name five.

I've had a few people try this lens and they loved it. I use Robertson mainly, but I'm not sure they do west coast (I'm in Georgia) I've had great results with three-rivers and US-optical. Three Rivers charges the same for the Auto 3 as the Auto 2 and InTouch, and I can't say anything negative about them. US Optical is a bit pricey, but they do have the 24 hour turnaround time, so it's a trade off.
