I have a patient who says he is allergic to all plastic and or rubber and he is requesting a 100% metal frame no temple tips and no nose pads.
Oh and he is also on a budget (of course!)
Does anyone know who might make one of these?

conacts... lol. no nose pads??
What about titanium nose pads?
i have seen a metal frame where the bridge is meant to lay across your nose (ie no nose pads) but I'm not sure if its current or who made it.
titanium nose pads would be fine, but i'm a little stumped on the all metal temple with no tip. Maybe an old school cable?

Europa has some things that might work in their vintage collection, they dont have nosepads but are a severe round old school :) they still have temple tips but you would maybe be able to do something about that. the only other one i can think of is a rimless kawasaki w/cable temples but those are buco bucks :)

I sold an All ti temple last year, be dammed if I can remember who made it tho. look hot tho!
Cruz from A&A has a couple models and so does Seraphin from OGI.
Get anti-allergenic frame coating, apply it to any plastic or metal frame, or parts and everybody is home free.
I would start by exhausting your frame rep sources first, if you haven't already. Seiko has some all titanium frames at a very reasonable price you would be able to put titanium nose pads onto. You could apply some shrink tubing to the temples. In these situations I try to explain to the patient that researching the product is going to take some time(if I don't have what they are looking for in my current inventory) and I would have to weigh the time involved vs what they are expecting to pay for these glasses. Time is money and if what they are willing to pay doesn't equate to a fair/reasonable compensation then I would try to steer them in another frame choice or in the direction of someone else who might have what they are looking for.
Monocle. Fits all search criteria and half price. And honestly, no joke implied here. If anything, the mere suggestion might entertain a little wiggle room in preferred frame selection.
Image eyewear from Walman has a Stepper Vintage collection, with a couple of small roundish, no nose pads in all titanium.
