    Top 10 Hot Sauces

Article: Power-ranking the 10 best hot sauces on Earth

"Hot sauce has been a major part of man's eating habits since the dawn of time, when Cro-Magnon men looked at their meals of seeds, roots, nuts, and mammoth meat, didn't put hot sauce on them, and then subsequently died off -- replaced by better-looking, cooler humans who did."

Well said! So what is your favorite hot sauce?

Chipotle Peppers (duh) soaked in water till soft. Put into a food processor with several cloves of garlic, a dash of salt and enough balsamic to make the peppers float. Puree till smooth, adding balsamic to control consistency. Enjoy.

Julio's out of San Antonio (I believe, could be Austin) is addicting. Mrs. Renfros from Fort Worth is also excellent.

Maybe a dumb question- What would happen if you soaked them in the balsamic?

I don't know about Chipotle peppers, however, if you can get your gloved hands on some hydrated ghost peppers and reconstitute them in pineapple juice add carrot juice, garlic, onion, pineapple chunks, cilantro, and puree then you can enjoy pepper bliss.
