Does anybody know where I can get moisture chamber panels? There are some places that require you to send the glasses in and have them installed. I have the template for a patient that has been coming to us for years and we have always cut our own. I have run out of panels and cannot find replacements.

Tried there. They don't sell the panels, you have to send them the glasses.
Eagle Vision (http://www.dryeye.org) had the best source for a pliable, medical grade plastic, but that source dried up about five years ago. I was able to get a replacement material from my local Soderberg lab, so I would try calling Walman Optical.
