    Confused PA State Tax on plano sunglasses

    Just wondering if anyone knows for certain whether we should collect state sales tax when our ophthalmic sunglasses are sold plano in PA?

    Check with the PA Revenue Department. They will have the correct information.

    Says plano sunglasses ARE taxable and RX sunglasses are exempt.
