Organizational chart

Hello,

We are currently undergoing a job evaluation exercise in our lab as initiated by our HR department. At the end of this exercise, part of the deliverables is to be able to create an amended organizational structure of our company. In view of this, and just so we would be guided on how other labs structure themselves, I would appreciate it very much if you could share your org charts with me. Thanks.

our lab has 70 employees. FYI we provide Conventional and FF production, Hard and AR coating, and Finishing.

The OptiBoard General Forum is probably not the right place to get the info you would like to get. Most of the posters here are retailers, maybe they have a finishing lab and would probably love to learn from you.

However in the section Ophthalmic Optics there are some members hanging out that own or work in labs, also Europe, that are more your size and often participate in discussions, Maybe you should pop the question there for more participation.

Is your lab divided into departments? For example: Conventional processing department, FF processing department, hard coat department, A/R department, Inspection department and Finishing department. If so each department can have a head manager/supervisor that report to a lab general manager.
