How to find or hire an optometrist

Well. Giving thought to hiring an optometrist - never done it before- so anybody guide me on the how to hire an optometrist and where to find one? What type of renumeration is fair? Who to ask? I am thinking part time....

I would suggest investing in....EYE EXAMS! Line up your family members, and book appointments for yourself and your family with target optoms in your vicinity.

What better way to have their complete and total attention for at least 10 minutes, and hit them with your best "I'm looking to hire............and do you know of anyone that might be interested?....." sell spiel.

Check with your local provincial regulations. I believe that in some provinces, unless you're also an OD, you are not permitted to hire one onto the payroll.

you don't have to hire an optometrist you set them next door with a separate entrance they do their own billing and the charts belong to him usually they have two or three locations and the opticians get the RX
