Quality: Within 0.125 diopter tolerance.
packing for international shipping: Terrible! Many parts are usually damaged right out of box!
Parts availability: Not guarantee available after one year of purchase. So, you need to stock in extra consumable parts.
tech support: Only available via msn or QQ! Phone support will be a pain due to different international time zone and also bad accent.
parts replacement cost: Starts $20 for the first 5 pounds, add $9 per pound for additional weight.
quality is not bad from Chinese made equipment. However, considering overall issues......forget it! The time you spend will be much more costly if service issues involve!
