Polish problem with my lens edger

Hi frends,
I have edger Topcon ALEX1, and I have problem when I polish lenses.
My edger polish only the thin side of the lens.

What I do? Please help me.

ok you might need to change your lens feelers tips see if they have been worn out first if that doesn't work you need to call your engineer
