Among license states in the U.S., does anyone know of a listing of which states accept licenses from other states as valid?
Is this something the NAO or OAA might have or would you have to contact each state indivicually?

You'll need to check each state board individually, if you want to count on the actual results. Most of them do NOT reciprocate.eyevay said:

Anything worth doing is worth doing well.
It is my understanding that the length of time you had your state license as well as the educational requirements play into the boards decision regarding reciprosity. I agree you have to contact the state boards individually and in most cases pay the registration fees and provide them with the information above and the boards will determine if they will grant you the license.eyevay said:

For what it's worth, most of the provinces of Canada have reciprocity. The Mutual Recognition Agreement has been recently signed by 7 of the 10 provinces.

:D North Carolina does not have reciprocity, but does have a waiver of exam clause, where if you meet the qualifications the board can elect to grant you a license without taking the test.
