    what is the frame size?
some high astigmatism patient may encounter kind of distortion at certain gaze with glasses. i always try to fit them with a as small as possible frame in order to reduce the visual discomfort.

you are welcome. we learning from each other here..

for the frame B height it is really depend how the fitting of the patient. difficult to decide what is the best fit. any way i will always try to fit the lens as consider the monocular PD as well as the fitting height to increase patient visual comfort.

compare to your patient current frame, i think i will reduce it from 30 to 25.

Rx axis may be off 1-2 degrees, If so central is good, Periphery will be blurry.
