    There's a first time for everything...

    Lately it's seemed like I'm encountering more challenging patients. Yesterday, however, one of our super sweet patients came in with her niece to purchase a frame. She was so happy she came to give me a hug (or so I thought), then picked me up and bounced me around out of excitement. Made my day so I thought I'd share...

    i had a little kid who got glasses the other day give me a giant hug around the knees and say "thank you very much rebecca!" ... super unexpected but it makes you feel good to know you made anyones day!!

    I get all the 85 year old women who want a hug and kiss before they leave.

    I usually tell them they don't look old enough to be on medicare. That's why they love me.
