    Ipad measurement app?

Are there any reliable Ipad apps for taking measurements?

I would suggest a dedicated DCD, not something my patient's kids could play Angry Birds on.

    www.luzerneoptical.com

Our iFDS system is not only easy to use, it is generic in the sense that it will take POW measurements for any lens brand. It provides patient friendly lens and lens treatment information and will allow still photos or 5 sec. video of up to 4 frame selections.

Any of the apps in trained hands and a cooperative patient work just fine. But...you'l still need good manual measuring skills verification and Sherlocking.

I've played with a few of them and the SpecTec from Walman seems to be pretty well sorted out. I'm not married to it but it isn't proprietary towards one line of lenses.
