Have anyone used or purchased anything from www.getoptic.com? I ran across it via ebay and prices are a lot cheaper. It's definitely China, but I was wondering if anybody has any experience with their equipment.

Wow, sorry to hear that. Please let me know how the warranty process goes since they are in Hong Kong. This may not be worth the investment?!?!?

received an email from them this morning. They are being very good about trying to troubleshoot the problem. As they told me, trying to ship back the unit would be extremely expensive. We're thinking it's a fuse problem. Have to admit, I'm impressed with their customer service so far!
