Just seeing if anyone on here has any experiencing using Constant Contact as a tool to reach out to your customers? We are a large surgical/optical/medical practice. We were talking about sending out one e-mail a month covering the whole business, and then sending out additional e-mails to specific demographics like glasses/surgical/etc. any thoughts, tips, advice, what have you would be appreciated

We use DemandForce and find it very user-friendly.

I also use Demand Force. It's really great, especially if you aren't a phone person like myself. Text/email/(last resort)phone calls. Makes life really easy.

i will look into demand force, but as of right now the head honcho has decided on constant contact haha ... so i guess any experience with this specifically would be lovely
