Drilling and mounting lenses for Eyephorics 2.5 frames

I'm curious as to what is necessary to drill and mount lenses for Eyephorics 2.5 frames from Italee. When I asked someone at one of the labs I use if they processed these jobs themselves (they don't), they told me there are a couple of accounts which order uncuts for these frames (which means they do drill and mount the lenses themselves). I didn't ask them for the account names.

Also, does anyone know of a good, non-Italee, source of Kawasaki bushings?
