Collegiate Accessory Dilemma- Help!

So a patient of mine bit the bullet yesterday and ordered a pair of Rx Maui Jims after MUCH hemming and hawing- he really wanted an LSU Ho'ookipa but had to make do the plain tortoise with an HLC lens because that was the polarized tint he wanted and grey was the only color available with the school colors.

When he left he asked if there was a way I could hook him up with the LSU case and cleaning cloth that came with the collegiate frame. I tried, but apparently the program at Maui has done horribly so they won't even replace cases for people who lose theirs. Ppptthhh.

My question is this- WHERE can I get one cleaning cloth and one LSU case for this guy. Anyone? Bueller?

Ye Gods! Is someone still making collegeate stuff. I recall someone back in the sixties making frames with college logos and colors (could it have been the same company that came out with the Peter Maxx stuff.) I think that they sold eleven frames; all in southern states.

Er, yes...my apologies for not including that information- I automatically assumed that everybody would figure that was a given. I have a great rep but his hands are tied. He was the one who told me the program was dying a slow, painful death.
