CARTIER drill mounting post needed...please help!

ut oh, i made lenses for a Cartier drill mount (manufactured in 2012) purchased by a patient at a super high end frame only shop...and a mounting post snapped. can anyone get me one or two of their RUTHENIUM drill mount posts with the square ends?

I just found some platinum-colored ones ("finition platine").
