A penny....errrrrr......A nickel for your thoughts?

On Monday February 4, 2013, the Canadian Mint ceased producing the lowly penny of our currency.

While the coin is still legal tender, as of Monday at the open of business, cash transactions took on a certain air of humor, observation, and confusion in workplaces in Canada.

Any stories to share from the front lines?

Any interestingly worded memos fro "head office"?

Any reactions by people when you "rounded up, or rounded down" their change?

Did anybody get static/computer balks when they tried to balance?
