A few years ago I didn't think I was being paid fairly and I posted on optiboard asking if my pay was fair. I then got my butt handed to me. After that I realized just how little I knew. I studied got certified. Now a few years later I had two job interviews for a really good job. I think some of the people were surprised by what I knew. That may have been because I work at Wal-mart . If I hadn't joined optiboard and learned what I know my future would be far dimmer. I know sometimes the board is frustrating with flame wars and debates and sometimes can be petty but it does good. Thank you all so much.

3 years ago when I discovered Optiboard I learned exactly how little I knew about my chosen profession. I too chose to get certified (Thanks for the study material Wes!) and now I'm in the process of being licensed in my state. The leaps and bounds in my education has driven me toward a better paying, much more rewarding position at a practice that appreciates my worth.

It's high time I become a financial supporter as well. Thanks Steve, and also thank you to Van, Wes, Fezz, Uncle Fester, Judy, Diane, Mike, Jason, and all the others who have encouraged my knowledge and growth. Cheers!
