Briot Alta issue

Hi I'm wondering if anyone has run into this particular issue with a Briot Alta NX edger: The edger intermittently throws an error message as follows; Clamping motor: Pre-unclamping time-out I am attempting to fix the issue without getting the vendor involved. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Was this a third party machine or did you call the tech support service line?

The machine was purchased from the vendor about two years ago. I am helping out a private optical shop in my area with the issue. They have contacted tech support in the past but didn't fix the issue.

check al the cables if this not work's change the clamping gauge. and take out the claming and cleaning it .put it back with a lot of grease.
