    Resolutions?

I know the subject is cliched, hackneyed, and stereotyped, but a few years ago, I started making resolutions, and they really made a difference in my life. (Really)

I do two things to help me follow through on them.

    1. I write them down.
    2. I tell as many people as (appropriately) possible.

What are some of your resolutions this year?

    1. To make sure that the food I put in my mouth has a nutritional benefit to eating it (no more empty calories).
    2. To prepare my wardrobe the night before

Years ago I made a resolution to no longer make resolutions. So far it is the only one I have kept...

    Are we appropriate? :D

PS, my resolution is much like the SeaU2020

"To make sure that the food I put in my mouth has a nutritional benefit to eating it (no more empty calories)."

    with a few small addition...

Eat nutrients in the simplest digestible form.
    Eat raw when possible.
    Never feel hungry.

    Results so far

Lost 30+ LBS in 3 months
    BP dropped 20 points
Resting heart rate dropped from mid 95 to 60.
    Snoring gone.
    Morning aches gone.
    Thoughts are much clearer.

So far I have over 19 people that I know of on my plan, A friend's cholesterol dropped from 240 to 160 in 1 month, His niece has lost 25 Lbs in 2 weeks (5'4" 299LBS). I would love to help anyone who is struggling.

PS, I'm still only selling glasses :)

Ok. My resolution is to not waste my life watching tv. I do not watch a whole lot of tv to begin with, I don't even have cable. I do have netflix and hulu though. So in addition to working out in the morning I am going to start taking brazilian jiu jitsu again in the evenings. Instead of falling asleep to tv I am going to start reading at night. On the weekends I will watch some but I would rather play board games with some friends.
