    Cylinder Power in Any Meridian

I need help figuring out how to put a formula into an Excel spreadsheet. i am trying to enter a formula for finding the percentage of cylinder power for 90 and 180
I know it is sin^2 for power in the 180th meridian
and cos^2 for power in the 90th meridian but can't figure out how to write it in Excel.
    any help?

    =CYL*sin(radians(AXIS))^2
    =CYL*cos(radians(AXIS))^2

where CYL is the cell reference (e.g., B10) with the cylinder power and AXIS is the cell reference with the cylinder axis in degrees.

    Best regards,
