Passed! Now just waiting for the results of the Virginia practical for my license! Worth the wait!
Now on to the 6-8 week wait for my actual certificate

After reading that everyone else had received their scores I panicked and called the ABO. It turns out that they had incorrectly entered my email address into the system. I PASSED!!!!!! I don't know my score yet because they have not sent the "official" email yet...Congrats to everybody who passed the ABO (AND OR) NCLE...Next stop ABO-AC
The wait I think was worse then the test itself lol... Yes Fezz we do cause I got to give you your books back lol... It's nice knowing that after 3 years I must be learning something and that it's not just some job its a career choice #weightsbeenlifted
i passed! with a 72, but i passed. taking the test made me realize, though, that i have a lot more to learn about my job.
That's very insightful, and a great way to learn from the experience. Often, people think that passing the test is reaching the summit, while in reality, it is just approaching base camp. Keep learning, and pushing yourself, and you will begin to look at opticianry as being a profession and not just a job.Originally Posted by jlkeck87

I only passed with an 81 which was lower then i was hoping. BUT only have 3 1/2 years in a state where nothing is required and most of the people i work with could care less... so i guess thats saying something.
