    Polycarb vs 1.67

So I'm purchasing new glasses online from WP and I was wondering which lenses I should choose for a prescription of OD +0.75 OS +4.25 -0.50 x 010 & PD 59. The frame I want to get has a lens width of 52mm and bridge width of 18mm, and it costs $30 to upgrade from polycarb 1.59 to 1.67. How much of a difference would 1.67 lenses make for my prescription? Thanks!
