pshaw...try sticking them in a 3800 F flame for a second or two. Instant crispy. And intense pain for several seconds.

Bead Pan Grabbing?
Grabbed glass lens right off of the heat treat unit? (been there, done that, have gnarled fingerprints to prove it!)
