What Do You Get An Optician For Christmas?

I need ideas for my husband (semi-retired) who is a licensed optician and lab owner. I'm not talking a MEI edger here...just something small to put under the tree. Has anyone seen anything fun or witty out there? Even a goofy optical tie? OY! Where is Franel when I need them!

How about contacting fellow member, Jerry Huang, to have a custom pair of beer (Coke) Googles made?

    Eye Tie

I wore it one day, but nobody noticed it.

OK... I have a few good ideas - the tie is perfect, and I can make the coke glasses right here - the X-ray vision glasses are too good to pass up - this should be fun!
