Linc was a man of firsts. He held the position of first Black Member of Parliament, first Black member of the Federal Cabinet serving as labour minister and became the first Black Lieutenant Governor of Ontario. Having met him several time, he was a very genuine individual who was interested in everyones opinion, truly interested. He inspired many people in Ontario with his dedication to all. He was just an amazing individual. May he Rest in Peace. He Wiil Be Truly Missed
