or are people being extra rude lately? I was traveling this weekend and ran into two people in the airport who were incredibly mean to some of the service employees and made one of them cry, and i just had a woman call me and yell at me for a situation that i'm trying to fix for her and and apparently i'm not doing it fast enough (mind you it's been less than 24 hours)! holy crap dude! i am about done with rudeness this week! i actually lost my patience with the patient today because i've seen so much of it lately. maybe this 6 day a week schedule is getting to me *sigh*
