Where to buy replacement parts for Marco Lensometer?

I've just found out my Marco Lensometer 101 needs new marking pens, ink pad and the lens holder or gimble. I googled around but couldn't find any store that carry these. If you happen to know where to order these, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

The simplest way would be to call Marco by phone and ask them. If they can not supply it they woule for sure know of somebody that can.
