    Looking for a frame.

I have a patient looking for a certain frame that to my knowledge only exists in over the counter readers. I checked around a little and so far that's all I have gotten. You guys may be as empty handed as me, but any information would be great!

They didn't ask for any certain bridge, size, shape or color so I don't have any of that info for you. The only specification was a completely fold-able frame. I've seen them in readers only, but they basically fold about four times to become a pretty small store-able frame and they fit easily into a small carry pouch. If I had a picture I would post it, but unfortunately you all will just have to go by my crappy description, sorry. haha. Any information would be greatly appreciated, but again, I don't know that there is such a thing that is considered "rx-able"

    Thanks,
    Kara

I have seen several over the years but none recently.

I might have a few floating around my warehouse. I'll check tonight.

Not quite what you are looking at, but worth thinking about!

I used to have a product that folded into slim 1.5 inch by 3 inch metal case(temples folded down, bridge slid into a narrowing configuration, and was only Rx-able.....not readymade. I believe the product came from the good people at Centennial Optical, in Canada.

how many do you need ? brown color only with case , folds at the bridge and the arms fold in half , might have 6 to 8 with cases , I put bifocals in them but they were intended for readers

I rummaged through the warehouse last night. All I found was the OTC gliding readers. Sorry!

Judy posted befor I could, but Acuity has some great folding frames. I put my husband in one with a computer lens! Yes it even has enough of a B to fit 13 high.
    I came, I saw, I left
