FRAME DESIGNING- How to put the grove in the frame

So with the help of this community I've figure out more less how to make a frame on my own. The only problem I'm having is how to put the groove where the lens would pop in to. What tool can I use to make the standard groove found in glasses today so I can edge a pair of lenses into it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You may also want to check with machine shop suppliers in your area, there area several (many) in NYC. Just make sure the shank will fit in your cutting machine. Also take a copy of the photo on Jerry's link with you, saves lotsa explaining.

Also contact MEI, they may sell you the cutters for their machine. Again, make sure they will fit.
