Progressive marking

Hello All! I need help figuring out a progressive lens. I have a lens with a nasal marking that looks kind of like a Greek letter lambda with a large asterisk to the right of it.

And before I get a slew of responses telling me to look in the OLA progressive identifier book, know that I've looked in the most current OLA book, checked the Laramy K website, scoured the internet, and called my lab with absolutely no answers. Hopefully someone will know the lens off the top of their head.

Really what I am looking for is how high above the PRP is the fitting cross.

The iRx Pro from Kbco specialty lens has that sign. I don't see one with an asterick however. It is a 4 drop lens.

Augen Progressive? But there's no asterisk. How about the Accolade? That has a capital Lambda like symbol on its side, below the nasal reference circle, with a curved line through its base, and an asterisk on its nasal side. The asterisk designates the material (Trivex).
