FL Opticians - where do you go when looking for job openings?

Help me figure this out - I'm in Jacksonville, FL; and in the most popular high end mall we have. I need an optician, but I don't know how to get the word out. I've had over a hundred hits on the job board here, but I need it to be seen by the opticians in own who are interested in a change.

Are there any websites that I should try posting on? Any other big optical sites, or FL specific ones?

One of the big reasons I started regional optical groups on Facebook, is for job opportunities. In the first group (northwest) we find/fill about 6 jobs a month. The Southeast Group is new, but the more who join the more valuable it becomes:
