Frames actually priced well below their Frame Book Pricing...

I am looking for names of frame lines that have Frame Book price of about the VSP standard frame level, but actually sell for much less to the client. You smart folks know what I mean. I can't remember the frame companies that do this though. Thanks.

Had a patient in who "just wanted see what the frame was really like before ordering on line." Appearently his On-line price was lower than my cost. Wiley X stuff.

Maybe you can buy even new stuff on line than less than dealer cost.

I remember looking into this a while back, and it seemed like I got no where. Its been a while, so I'm trying to dust off the cobwebs but nothing is clicking. If I recall, I drew the conclusion the big V doesn't care, you end up getting reimbursed the same. Did I miss something maybe?
