FL Licensed Optician position in Jacksonville, FL (Lenscrafters)

Hey guys,

My LC is looking for a new optician. We had three, but one got promoted to a GM position at another LC. We have a lot of flexibility for a new hire (full time or part time, all on retail floor or part retail floor part lab).

The company has been great to work for, especially from a sales point of view. This is one of the few companies that you can work on the floor or the lab, get lenses like 1.74s, Varilux Enhanced progressives, make slab offs, Oakley, Maui Jim, and Rayban authentic lenses, etc... and charge less than the private ODs for it.

We're a very busy location, so I promise you - you won't be bored. :)

Afternoon Mr. Walker,
I was inquiring to see if the Jacksonville, FL (Lenscrafters) position had been filled. I know of a FL licensed optician with over 10 years of experience (and her AS Opticianry degree), who’s currently working as an optical manager but is unhappy with her current position. Would she be overqualified for the Lensecrafters position, or are you looking at a more senior / manager optician? (and commensurate pay)
