Our lab guy originally made these to show off what our santinelli could do, and then i had a woman come in who juuuuust loved them haha ... so here they are, kawasaki frame, comfort II , orange gradient, transitions with house AR ... i think he thought i was kidding when he saw them in the tray

"vcom" made them :) i think it took him so long the first time he was a little dismayed to see this pattern again, but he definitely deserves some props!! she just picked them up, and couldnt stop talking aobut how much she loved them haha ... now i'm going to have him make me a fun crazy pair like that but with swirlies and jewels on them haha

I made similar lenses on my Santinelli. They were more of a flame shape on the edges. Really cool what can be done on todays edgers. Took like 25 minutes/lens to do.

Someone (someones) should be collecting patterns like these and sharing them with the rest of the community. An optician in Maine could design something cute and share it with someone in Arizona or texas. It should be easy to transfer them electronically or if needed by CD or USB drive.

originally that's what they were, but a patient saw the pattern and loved it so we made her a pair of her own :)
