    What flavor is Original?

After opening a box of frames from a vender, I searched for the usual piece of candy they include in every shipment. I found, unwrapped, and enjoyed a classic piece of Double Bubble chewing gum. While savoring the short lived goodness of this chewy pink treat, a thought popped into my head; exactly what flavor is 'original' bubble gum flavor?

Same as "first quality", rinse/repeat, 'Rated #1," The country's best, "rich corinthian leather" and thousands of other words used by advertising people to insinuate things are somehow superior. Love "Probiotic" and other meaningless terms. But people go for it.
Ever ask yourself what the h*ll does Median, or 'std" mean for for a contact lens curve?

Original is the first one that the company produced. It is usually the baseline for others to follow. It lets the audience know that the first is usually the best.

All true points.. but what is 'Bubble Gum' flavor? It's kinda fruity but not strawberry, theres a hint of powdered sugar, and maybe just a tiny little hint of something spicy waaay down in the undertones. So.. exactly what flavor is it?

I'm pretty sure it's just the flavor of the chemicals used to make the gum, plus some sweeteners thrown in for fun. So bubble gum= chemical flavor.

Were they Silver Dollar Frames? I love when they send me candy!

Yes they were Silver Dollar! We have another vendor, from NYC I think, that sends us unusual candies, like kosher caramel cream coffee flavored chew thingies. Not a big fan of those. I'm clearly more of a 'sweetened chemical flavor' type of guy!
