Presently I am living in London , my dream was and still , is to educate myself
in purpose of obtaining the best and most efficient education (and/or) practice
in order to become ;
-well educated optician with high theoretical and practical skills in field of
" most up to date modern lens surfacing skills " , taking in consideration that
I have no any back-ground in this field .
Please tell me names, addresses of the educational organizations, unis, schools ,,, etc.
where i can attend the necessary efficient studies & courses in London (if exist).

Have you tried googling " Optics" "Optical Physics" "Dispensing" "Optical Science" ? Have you checked Amazon.com for books available on the subjet. Have you tried "The CLSA.com? Have you tried the link to Opticampus.com on Optiboards.

I am sure that these sources will provide you with more material than you can absorb in one lifetime. You might also visit a local optical lab (one that grinds and mounts lenses) you can learn a lot there.)
