how to calculate PAL FF thickness with basic formula

Dear all i know the basic thickness calculating formula but i am looking to find out the formula to find the PAL FF thickness formula. please help me out all masters of optiboard.

you can ask yousuf khan i hope he knows otherwise follow these

(1/2 dia)^2xpower divide by (index-1)2000
