    'Esotropia' patient on progressives

my patient currently has a inward turning of the right eye due to an injury she had during childhood. Her VA isn't affected by the injury as she has monocular 6/6 VA. she insist on wearing progressives right now. I had prescribed her pd based on the light reflex shone against her eye. but my main question is, what will be the suggested method to measure the pd of the patient?

+1... flip the pupilometer to do that eye only and watch the eye "straighten itself out"
