Walmart Vision Center
I've been offered a position in Walmart Vision center/Toronto.I'm wondering if anybody has idea about the pros and cons and the tricky points of the licence agreement? and what is meant by the monthly consultation fee and how much is it?
Thanks a lot
Can i know about the company first ? Is this a "WALL MART" which is world's biggest retailing store or is it a some otehr private organization. Please make this sure first.
You would be best to approach other local WM OD's and talk to them.....You also might want to check with your college to see what the requirements are,in this situation.

Also, dont lose sight that to most chain opticals, you are just a piece of meat who provides RX's,and they will dump you in a heartbeat,if they think they can do better, and most people you see ,dont care who they see for the exam, as long as they get the RX, so a lot of them will be one time visits...
I work on the Sams club side. I know they are different, but I really enjoy it. Call other WM locations and speak with the Manager and associates. I'm sure they'll give you honest input.
