    IOT lenses rock

I have been using the IOT PAL's and have had zero complaints from patients, it has been a seamless switch and the price is phenomenal. Thank you for a great design.

Anything and everything, I have switched V and Z lenses into IOT lenses with great success and the number of designs allow me to customize the solutions to the needs. As a plus I can chose the BC when I need to, also they can be lenticularized to the shape or a specified optic zone.

I have doubts about alpha design. If a patient wear add +2.75 for several years but then he want to wear alpha design, the customized surface that will adapt to this patient and frame, a lens that will optimize each point of the lens surface to grant the best possible visual quality and performance. then the rx add will be probably only +2.23 or so. Will this patient feel comfortable or can't see clear anything?
