Help identify a PAL

Can someone help me with a PAL identification? I checked on lensguru, nothing of this sort was listed on that website. The symbol is a [5], Ive never seen this brand could be very popular, if anyone recognizes it please let me know, I appreciate your help

Good morning charan: I think the brand might be the Zeiss Gradal RD lens, if it is a square at the usual circle positions, with nothing in the nasal one.....and the 5 is in the temporal square. There should be a RD below the nasal square, but that might be cut away.
