Cleaning cloth, cleaning spray and bag

Here's what I did. I too like the "set". It makes a very nice presentation.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm looking into the fitting cards and the anniversary cards. The pens seem like a no brainer, I'm can't believe I didn't do that already. I've also been tasked with my offices online presence, ad campaigns, social media... I'm currently running a check in deal with facebook and foursquare. When a patient checks into the office they receive a free coffee mug with our logo... on it.

As for the free lens cleaner refills, anyone want to share their secret recipe???

My patients already get their glasses for free. It comes with a free eye exam, a case and cleaning cloth. They also get free health care, food stamps, reduced or free housing and a cell phone. But I think the free cactus plant is a great idea.

Instead of throwing gifts to your patients to wow them if I were you I would deliver the best customer service and the exclusive products that your competitors don't have to create the wow factor.

Often, including a little "extra" something for them to take home IS part of delivering better customer service.

well thats what the lens cloth and spray is for... no need to add anything more like chocolate, brush, repair kit, fireworks, monkey or whatever it is... As Barry Santini said make personal.

Excellent reminder! My dad left his Maui Jim's in his car in the middle of an Arizona summer, and when he came back, they were no longer sunglasses....just a pile of melted plastic!
